This one-year Diploma in Professional Baking is ideal for those who desire to become Bakery or Pastry Chefs within a short span. The course provides 100% hands-on baking skills, followed by six months of industrial training in star hotel kitchens or reputed bakery chains.
After successful completion, students can start their own Pastry Shop, Corporate Baking business, or join top bakery and hospitality brands.
The learners will be taught core subjects like Baking Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Pastries, Desserts, and Entremets, Kitchen Hygiene, and Sanitation. Students are also awarded an additional Commis Chef Certificate of Skill, approved by the Government of India.
